How to track your order?

You can just click on Track Your Order on top of DealsZones page, enter your order number and email address then press Track to check your order status.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide generally within 10-14 days but can take longer.

What is DealsZones' Return & Refund policy

DealsZones' Return & Refund policy

Our replacement policily allows for item(s) your choice of a full refund or replacement item(s). However, we do have a few simple requirements for proessing a return.

Our 20 day exchange or refund guarantee

DealsZones guarantess that any item bought from us can be refunded or replased for free wihtin a 20 day period, if it complies with our return and refund policies.

ACCEPTABLE RETURN REASONS

Your return or refund can only be approved based on the following reasons:

Reasons	Description
Damaged	The product is damaged in delivery
Defective	The product does not function as described its products description
Incorrect/wrong item	Not the product the customer ordered(e.g. Wrong size or wrong color)
Missing items/parts	Missing items/parts indicated in the packaging
Does not fit	Customer receives the size that was ordered but it does not fit
Website error	The products does not match website specification,description, or image
